I began my career in healthcare as the marketing and admissions director in a skilled nursing community in 2014.\u00a0 I then moved onto becoming an executive director for a non-profit independent living community.\u00a0 I was fortunate enough to lead both independent and assisted living community teams, and have also had the pleasure of opening a brand-new building where I learned about the licensure process and starting from literally the ground up.\u00a0 My heart has always been drawn back to the independent living communities.\u00a0 I find great joy in my work with seniors and their families, helping them problem solve and navigate whatever comes their way.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
