Prior to joining Evergreen Estates, I served as the Executive Director of a Personal Care Home in Berks County as well as holding leadership roles in operations. I am passionate about senior living and memory support care. Previously I led the implementation of a memory care program focused on providing residents the support needed to maintain their independence and quality of life. I enjoy getting to know residents and learning their story. I focus on building strong resident and family relationships as well as supporting a team approach to resident care. Before working in senior living, I spent 25 years in various leadership roles in consumer finance. I reside in York County with my wife Tammy of 19 years.
